Anxiety, like everything else has a cause in your system. This just makes logical sense even though western psychology does not yet completely understand how this works.

 

Anxiety, in my experience, generally arises from a combination of old trapped reactions and traumas in the body and can intertwine with physical and energetic imbalances that tend to aggravate those anxiety symptoms. 


This is occurring at the subtle body level and when you trace the anxiety to its actual source, clients are amazed at how something that has always triggered them naturally now has no charge or big effect on them anymore.
