Event Details:

We're returning to Richmond! This location was a HIT last year and the year before. Think slightly rustic Adult sleep away camp as the vibe. All programming will take place on site in private gathering areas. We will all be staying together on-site and all meals will be provided as part of your accommodations fee. Your ticket for all BWA programming will be $300 total.

Total cost of the retreat will be $690-$790 depending on room selection.

Please note as you are choosing a date that you need to be present the entire event from Thursday evening to Sunday afternoon.

Note: This event is first come, first serve, so if you know you want to attend, register and pay your deposit early! It will fill up.

The dates will be from May 23-26 with programming starting after dinner at 7 p.m. on Thursday and ending at 1 p.m. on Sunday. Please plan to attend for the FULL time.

Note: Please plan to arrive before the opening ceremony on Thursday and to stay until closing on Sunday. As you look at flights/make travel arrangements, don't plan to miss a part of the event as the container is important to all.

Meals:

Your room & board fee will go directly to Roslyn for payment of your accommodations and daily meals for the event. All meals are included from Dinner Thursday-Lunch Sunday.

We are excited for this location! It is our first boutique hotel BWA experience with lots of luxury pampering and access to nature as options throughout the weekend!

All programming will take place on site in private gathering areas. We will all be staying together on-site. If you would like to commute to the event, please reach out to support@thebodywisdomacademy.com .

PLEASE NOTE: FOR THIS BINGEN HOTEL LOCATION food is NOT included in the accommodations fee. There is a cafe on-site for convenient meals and an extensive list of local restaurants for your convenience as well (we will provide this prior to the event). Snacks are included and provided by the BWA team.

Accommodations and Meals:

BWA will be reserving the room block and paying The Society hotel at Bingen directly. You will pay your accommodations charges to BWA directly. Do not book through Bingen after paying BWA.

We will transfer your fees to be paid to the Retreat Center for payment of your accommodations, taxes, fees and their gratuity/housekeeping charge and admin fee.
